Pricing questions
Is there a base fee or minimum?
No. You pay $50 per active domain per month and nothing else. If you run one domain, you pay $50. There is no platform fee and no minimum spend.
Do more mailboxes cost more?
No. Mailboxes are not metered. Each domain covers up to 100 mailboxes for the same flat price. You think in domains, not in per-mailbox line items.
Will the price go up at renewal?
No. The price you see is the price that renews. There is no low intro rate that jumps in month thirteen.
How is it billed?
One subscription per customer, billed monthly. Adding or removing a domain adjusts your quantity and is prorated onto the same consolidated invoice — no new subscription and no new billing date.
