This website
This marketing website is intentionally minimal. It does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and it does not run third-party analytics or ad scripts. Our hosting provider may process standard server logs (such as IP address and request metadata) for security and reliability.
The Mailionaire service
When you create an account or place an order, we process the data needed to provide the service — for example your account and contact details, the domains and mailboxes you ask us to provision, and billing information. We process this data to operate the service, to bill you, to provide support, and to meet legal obligations.
Service providers
We rely on third-party service providers — for example a payment processor and infrastructure providers — to deliver the service. They process data only as needed to perform their function. A current overview of sub-processors and a data processing agreement are available on request.
Where data is stored
For provisioned mailboxes, content is stored on the infrastructure region selected for your account, which for European setups is the EU/Switzerland under the relevant data-boundary terms. Account and billing data may be processed by service providers in other regions under appropriate safeguards.
Retention
We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting and security obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@mailionaire.ch.
