How it works

From a domain to live inboxes.

Mailionaire turns a sending domain into a working set of authenticated Microsoft 365 mailboxes, and then keeps them healthy. Here is the whole flow.

Step 1

Choose a domain

Pick a sending domain. Each domain becomes its own isolated Microsoft 365 tenant — not a shared mailbox on someone else's IP.

Step 2

We deliver the inboxes

We provision the tenant, create the mailboxes, and set the DNS (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). You watch real provisioning status, not a fake progress bar.

Step 3

Connect your sequencer

Your mailboxes export straight into your cold-email tool. Start sending from real, isolated Microsoft 365 inboxes.

Step 4

We keep them healthy

We watch for blacklisting, DNS drift, and bounce spikes, and replace worn mailboxes and domains as they wear out, so your sending keeps moving.

What you get per domain

  • An isolated Microsoft 365 tenant dedicated to that domain.
  • Up to 100 mailboxes, ready to send.
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC records configured for authentication.
  • Optional EU/Swiss data residency on EU/CH IP space (built and run in Switzerland).
  • Ongoing monitoring, with worn mailboxes and domains replaced for you.

Real isolation, not a shared pool

Some providers put many senders' mailboxes behind a shared pool of IPs. If a neighbour gets flagged, your sending can suffer for reasons you cannot see or control. Because each Mailionaire domain is its own Microsoft 365 tenant, your reputation is your own.

Honest status, not a fake bar

Standing up a real tenant takes longer than spinning up a plain SMTP box. Rather than hide that behind an invented countdown, Mailionaire shows you the real stage your order is in. When the mailboxes are ready, they are genuinely ready.

One note on the law: good infrastructure does not replace consent. You are responsible for sending in line with the rules of each country you email. See European infrastructure for the full, honest picture.

FAQ

Questions about the flow

How long does provisioning take?

Real Microsoft 365 tenants take longer to stand up than plain SMTP boxes. You see honest, live provisioning status instead of a fake progress bar, and the mailboxes are ready once the tenant, mailboxes and DNS are fully in place.

Do I need my own Microsoft account?

No. Mailionaire creates and manages the Microsoft 365 tenant for each domain. You receive working mailboxes ready to connect to your sending tool.

What happens when a domain wears out?

We watch deliverability signals, DNS and bounces, and replace worn mailboxes and domains as part of your subscription, so your sending keeps moving.
