Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 June 2026

These terms summarise the basis on which Mailionaire provides its service. They are a plain-language overview; the binding terms are those in your order form and contract. The operating legal entity is named in our legal notice.

The service

Mailionaire provisions and manages email mailboxes and related infrastructure for outbound email. We aim to provide the service with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee specific deliverability, inbox placement, or campaign results, which depend on factors outside our control.

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for how you use the mailboxes and for the content you send.
  • You must comply with the laws of every market you contact, including consent and anti-spam rules.
  • You must not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive sending.
  • You are responsible for obtaining any consent your sending requires.

Our infrastructure does not grant legal permission to send. Responsibility for lawful sending rests with you.

Acceptable use

We may suspend or terminate accounts that send unlawful content, generate abuse complaints that threaten shared infrastructure, or breach these terms. We may replace domains and mailboxes as part of normal service operation.

Billing

The service is billed on a recurring basis per active domain, as described on our pricing page and in your order. Adding or removing domains adjusts your charges on a prorated basis. You can cancel at the end of your billing period. A money-back guarantee, where offered, is described at the point of sale.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the service is limited as set out in your contract. We are not liable for losses arising from your use of the mailboxes or from third-party actions such as blocklisting.
